We are planning a (pretend) trip to Rio to see sports at the Olympics.
We made our own groups and are first planning how many people are going and how many days and nights we will stay.
We are a Y5/6 class who share our learning by being respectful, responsible and the best we can be.

This morning Amber asked if she could lead the class in completing our sheet.
She is a fabulous tuakana! Well done Amber!
This morning we went to the corridor and spied some new posters. They help us to remember how to use the corridor.
"We use the corridor for moving from one place to another," said Osea.
"We hold sports equipment in the corridor," said Murad.
"You can look at the posters but not touch the posters," said Shymaa.
"Open the door for people," said Tarun.
"Let people who have difficulty moving go through the door before you," said Kevin and Amber.
"Use an inside voice in the corridor," said Lucretia.
To celebrate the end of our learning about Matarki, we made kites and are having a blast flying them!
