Read to Someone

Today we are learning to do another party of the Daily Five: Read to Someone.
We can choose a book from our group box and choose a partner to read to.
When our partner is reading, we need to listen to them. We can help them to work out tricky words.

We need to remember to sit EEKK - Elbow to Elbow, Knee to Knee. This is important because it means we can hear our partner read quietly to us, and the classroom doesn't become too noisy.

We are responsible learners!

PB4L: Being Responsible

We are all beginning to take more responsibility for our learning.

When we Read to Ourselves, we make sure not to distract others from their learning.

Look how well we can read independently.
